Full Moon Meditation Class - Friday, January 19th 2018

Take time out of your busy schedule to just 'be', so you can leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after being guided through a 60-minute meditation.

Mats and chairs are provided. Please dress in warm and comfortable clothes, BYO blankets (we have a limited number available). No experience required.

This is an opportunity to experience first hand the benefits that Mindfulness offers to many around the world, including:

  • Improving depression/anxiety
  • Improving obesity
  • Aiding with stress
  • Increasing energy levels

It will be completely free for all to attend! This is a fantastic opportunity to get along, put some time aside for yourself and experience “Mindfulness”.
