Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre is excited to announce its first Full Moon Meditation session on October 20th at 7.00pm.
Take time out of your busy schedule to just 'be', so you can leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after being guided through a 60-minute meditation.
This is opportunity to experience first hand the benefits that Mindfulness offers to many around the world, including:
- Improving depression / anxiety
- Improving obesity
- Aiding with stress
- Increasing energy levels
It will be completely free for all to attend! This is a fantastic opportunity to get along, put some time aside for yourself and experience “Mindfulness”.

No prior experience is required.
