Our Summer Outdoor Bootcamp is ran at Willow Park, 3 mornings a week, 6am - 7am. It is perfect for all fitness levels, especially for those that love the fresh smell of nature!
Dates: Monday 5th March - Friday 13th April
Location: Willow Park
Time: 6am - 7am
What is it: Moderate to high intensity workouts with a mixture of bodyweight and equipment resistance exercises. You'll also benefit from using what nature provides us - fantastic park surrounds - so plenty of space to build your endurance!
Your three weekly sessions will mix between bodyweight endurance work, equipment resistance, and boxing!
Who is it for? - All fitness levels! Our trainer James will adjust the workouts to ensure that every fitness level is catered for.
Price: $215 for current WSLC Members. $245 for non members. Price includes Shirt or Singlet, boxing inners, drink bottle and tracker booklet.
Returning participants to our Outdoor BootCamps receive a 10% discount.
