Recipe of the Month - February 2018 - Tropical Smoothie Bowl

A delicious, tropical smoothie bowl perfect for Summertime! 

Prep Time: 5 min
Approx: 300 cal per serve
––1 frozen banana (cut into cubes)
––1 frozen mango (cut into cubes)
––1 cup unsweetened coconut
milk (or any milk of your choice)

––Shaved coconut
––Copped up Almonds
––Chia seeds

Extra Topping suggestions:
––Any nuts of choice.
––Other cut up fruit e.g. pineapple or
––Puffed rice.

1. Place in a blender the frozen banana, mango and milk and
combine until it resembles a thick and smooth texture.
2. Poor smoothie mixture into a bowl.
3. Add as much or as little toppings you desire.
4. Serve and eat immediately.
