We have more than 65 classes at the Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre including AdrenalineHIT, Aqua Fitness, Pilates, Yoga and Les Mills programs.
AdrenalineHIT: High-Intensity Interval Training Program designed for everyone, fit or not, to help you reach your fitness goals faster in a fun and challenging team environment. These small group training sessions utilise our purpose built functional training area, where participants will get to learn new functional exercises and use new pieces of equipment under guidance from our qualified AdrenalineHIT Coaches.
Hatha Yoga 60min: Deepen your understanding of the postures and breathing techniques, enjoy a flow of postures that enhance flexibility and strength, reduce stress and calm the mind.
DRU Yoga 60min: A graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuvenate your whole being.
Metafit 30min: Combines traditional body-weight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
MetaPWR (NEW): Circuit Class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardivascular efficiency.
SPRINT: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.
BodyPump: A total body-conditioning program. Use barbells to tone every muscle in your body. No coordination required suitable for all fitness levels.
BodyStep: A step workout with passion. Focused on an athletic workout rather than complex choreography. Great music, powerful moves.
BodyBalance: Is the yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. Great music strong but relaxing.
BodyVive: A fantastic, low-impact complete body workout utilising bands and your own movement. Leaves you feeling fizzing with energy.
Pilates: A system of exercises focusing on strengthening the core muscles that assist with Posture, Balance, Movement.
Yoga: A strong workout focusing on working your upper body and core but guaranteed to give you a full body workout.
Boxing: A great cardio workout using mitts, focus pads and boxing techniques to get the ultimate cardio workout. lead by a fully certified boxing for fitness coach.
Aqua Fitness: A workout in the pool! Aqua utilises the resistance of the water to tone and tighten your body. Non-impact, wet and wild cardio workout.
RPM: The indoor cycling class covering many different terrains including hills, sprints, intervals, and mountains all led by your class coach.
Cycle Performance: This freestyle ride replicates riding outdoors, taking the cyclist on a journey on flats and hills while cycling to your favourite music. Suitable for all fitness levels.
CXWorx: A 30-minute core exercise program based on cutting-edge scientific research. Works your abs, glutes, back and obliques leaving you looking good and feeling strong.
BirthFit Aqua: Water provides a wonderful medium for exercise during pregnancy. It reduces the load on joints, muscles, and connective tissue, and provides a freedom of movement not available during land-based exercises.
