YMCA Outdoor Bootcamps are a program for real people, to get real results.

2018 Summer BootCamp - Monday 19th February - Thursday 29th March 

Session Times: 6am - 7am
Session Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays
Cost: Members and returning participants receive a discounted rate.
Members: $215
Non-Members: $245
Returning Member/Non - Member: Receive a 10% discount on above prices

The Summer Bootcamp is specially designed 6-week program run by qualified personal trainers.
Each session incorporates a range of fun, outdoor activities aimed at making you fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.

These activities include:

  • circuit training
  • boxing
  • endurance running
  • team-based obstacle courses

 You’ll also receive the following complimentary items when you register:

  • water bottle
  • boxing glove inners
  • Challenge Tracker booklet
